Colour: Crimson red
Flavour: The resultant blend has spicy and berry aromas with a fine tannin palate structure. The finish is soft and full flavoured.
Character: A blend of Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot grapes.
Vinification:The wine was fermented in tanks for 10-12 months and matured in French and American Oak.

Goes well with: pasta or red meat dishes
