Flavour: A wine that has volumes of ripe sweet fruit, a plush mouthfeel with soft and velvety tannins and generosity of flavour. It has all the hallmarks of traditional Barossa red wine showing plum pudding, chocolate and liquorice flavours with a seamless finish.
Character:A rich and brooding nose that has notes of blackberry jam, blood plums and boysenberries; these are complemented by hints of vanilla and chocolate.
Vinification:The wine was fermented in tanks for 10-12 months and matured in French and American Oak.
